Host a showcase room

How it works

Your room, your lineup

Each host takes one room for the whole showcase afternoon. Name your room, choose up to eleven artists from those who submit to perform in it, and send us the lineup by May 15, 2027 so it can go in the printed program.

• Acoustic rooms. Intimate, built for listening, with no amplification beyond a small amp for a supporting musician.
• Your name on the door. Your room title appears in the program, on the room sign and in our promotion.
• The right people in the seats. About 130 attendees, including songwriters, bookers, venue owners, radio hosts and festival programmers.
• Artist limit. No artist plays more than two private showcases across the conference.
• Everything in writing. A simple host agreement covers times, sound, safety and Earlham College policies.

A room is yours once we receive the signed agreement and the $150 fee. Rooms are assigned in the order confirmed, and the fee is not refundable.

The Zeffy form opens with every named opportunity. Choose Private showcase room host. Then email info@hoomac.org so we can send the agreement and confirm your room.
